Need help cannot download S3IS video

Hi everyone,

I have an S3IS and I recently captured a movie the size of which is about 300mb.

I can view the video on the camera, but cannot download using drag-and-drop to my folder. I've done so many times before but not this time. The resulting file shows a size of zero kb.

I have subsequently recorded another very short video just to see if I could download that one - and I could.

The file is not corrupted since I can view it on the camera without problem.

I do not think that 300mb would be too large of a file to download.

Is this a common problem and is there a utility that can help me to download it.

I think that I may have long ago lost the cd that came with the camera and therefore do not have the little apps supplied. Anyway, I've always used the drag-and-drop method without any problems.

Is there a size limitation for transferring files from the S3IS?

take the card out and put in a card reader? Not sure on that one, that's a weird problem.

Thanks. I tried that but sadly it did not help.

Is there some kind of utility out there that can succesfully transfer the video?
