So this is my 3rd time I think doing an HDR, I did this image before and came out HORRIBLE! So I picked up Photomatix Pro and some Topaz software and thought I'd give it another try. Before I tell you which one I like; I want to hear your opinion.

In my Opinion 1 looks to flat. So I tried to ad some pop and contrast for 2, which i thought was okay. 3. Is too harry potterish for me, but would like a little more pop in 2.

Any suggestions for a happy medium?

I like #2 due to the color and subtle improvement in detail. The dark tones an black smoke in #3 are a bit over the top for me. Nice work on the HDR treatment in a snow scene. This isn't an easy image to get right with all of the white areas.

I actually like the first one the best, feels like a painting :)

3 is definitely over the top, and I think they could all use a bit of CCW rotation but that may just be me.

Definitely better than your first attempt (as seen on your website).

I like the shadows from #1 and the highlights from #2. 3 is too much.

Yea I agree with what you guys are saying. It is WAY better than the one that "was" on my website haha I took it down because I was actually embarrassed lol
But It still might be in my Panorama art print though, so that might have been a fail lol
Thanks everybody. Maybe I will try to blend 1 & 2 together
