Posting pics

OK, what am I doing wrong? I tried to post a landscape pic....no luck.
I followed the instructions, after re-sizing the image to 800 pixels, I uploaded, closed the window, submitted the thread.....no pic!
Could someone please help me out?

Look for any error messages after you post. Not only does the photo need to be no larger than 800 pixels but also less than 100 kb at the same time. If you don't look closely, the message stating that your photo was rejected can slip right by.

Here is an example of what the error would look like. Look closely at the top of the window where it says my photo exceeded maximum size.

Thanks Randy....my image size must have over 100k, although I did not see any error message. I have successfully posted the picture in the Landscape forum, "Down we go".
