I was in the car when I took this pic. Can you correct the perspective and explain how you did ? Thanks.

I can't do it right now - I'm in work - but I would select the entre image with the Marquee, then increase the size of the canvas substantially, then click on Edit... Transform... Skew. Grab the handle in the top right corner and move it away from the center of the shot. The Transform selection (marching ants) will look like a parallelogram now. Basically just pull the handle until the tower is stright. Hopefully then the opposite side will also be straight. If not, Edit... Transform... Something...

When you're happy with the straightening just crop the excess.

(Somebody correct me if I'm wrong about the Transform choices... But I think I'm right....)

Had to correct the perspective twice: once for the main building, and once again for the tower. Then blended the two together. Obviously the blend could be done a little better, but I didn't spend much time on it.

Here's my take on it. This was all done in the PS 9 crop tool with the perspective box checked. The first thing I did was straighten the photo to square off the verticals in the photo (also with the crop tool).

I did this for a photo of a door for our works website (don't ask, its not your normal door).

As every one suggest, use the Skew Transform, however, first turn on the Grid, it will make getting everything straight much easier ;)
You can also play with the center spot in the transform grip, it alters the centre point of the transform, in this case maybe move it towards the tower?

Open image
Layers box, double click background layer to creat duplicate layer
View-Show-Grid
Edit-Transform-Skew
Move the centre point to the bottom centre of image
Move the top left and right corners around till you find an angle that looks good.
You might also have to move the bottom corners in a little to get it looking just right, and even have a play with moving them up and down outside the image box.
Then
Layers-Flatten image.
Crop to make it square again and save.

I had a play, but couldn't do anything better than whats been done above, just thought you might like some easy to follow directions.
