RAW vs JPG

I just got a EOS 10D and was out testing the various formats. The JPG's were fine but the ones that I took in RAW have an overall blue cast to them. Is this something at is normal for RAW or am I doing something wrong on the settings. I've tried a couple of times now but always get the same result.

What were the colour balance settings in the camera for the jpg images and what colour balance settings did you select when converting from RAW? Have you tried selecting alternative conversion settings? What software are you using to convert the images?
