I personally don't like her right side being cut off. Could be stopped down a bit more (your shutter/ISO are fine) so that all of the model is in the DoF, as your background will look the same regardless. Should help separate her from it more if she doesn't melt into it as much (right shoulder especially).
Skin could use a little tasteful retouching. Lighting is good but I would want more fill on the left side of her face.

This looks over sharpened, I'm sure you applied sharpening to it during/after downsizing it from original size. I can see effects of too much sharpening on her hair to the left of her eyes and on the extra detail of her skin. As a note, portraits often do better with less sharpening than normal. Few people have very good skin (or very good make up) and extra sharpening reveals texture of skin which isn't often appealing.

White balance is off -- the whites of her eyes are blue. Highlights on her face are somewhat blown out. There is a green tint in some places in her hair -- reflections from something nearby? I like the crop.

Actually, not that hard to get rid of the green, either. I softened her skin a bit, too.

With her shoulders square to the camera, then her head turned to camera right and her eyes pointed to camera left it leaves one with a disconcerted opinion about why is she doing it.
A 45° turn of her torso would have helped a lot IMHO. Square on poses usually look bad.

Thanks. Still learning. This being a bad time of year for outdoor photography, I'm using some of the excellent material here on POTN to practice on until I can generate more of my own. Hope it might help someone else out while I get the benefit of the practice, too.
