Would it be wrong to start a thread for 24L photos mounted to a crop (Rebel, XXD, or 7D, but not including D series) body?

I looked and I don't think it's been done yet... and it may be helpful for other lenses, as well. I've looked at the main 24L thread and it just wasn't helpful enough seeing both full frame and crop images together, especially since many photos were not labeled whether full frame or crop. I suppose it shouldn't really matter whether it's mkI or mkII.

I'm getting mine in a few days, so I can post samples soon enough.

I don't know whether it would be right or wrong. But I can see how it might be frowned upon because this opens up a can of worms. What if others want to see a particular lens but only taken with crop, or only taken with FF? Every lens archive would have 2 separate threads... There are a lot of lenses and one would double up on the thread count.

IMO, it's probably best to keep it to the lens... look through the archives and for the images that you do like or take interest in... hopefully the OP has their gear listed or linked and then you can usually see what format it was taken on. Or if the EXIF is/was intact, it's easier to tell that way.
