HALLO GUYS.
I HAVE THIS PROBLEM WITH THE Maximum Aperture: F2.8 (W) / F4.0 (T). CAN I SET UP IT MANUAL OR IS IT FIXED?
ANY ADVISES WILL BE HELPFULL....

This is a highly automatic camera. You cannot control the speed or aperture directly. You can influence the speed by setting the ISO, i.e., higher ISO will have faster shutter speed and smaller aperture.
