We adapted the a40 to our microscopes. Optically it works fine. Now we need to remote control the camera from our scientific software (we have written by our own in C++/Windows2000).
Our question: How to get access to the camera ?
Does anybody know if it is possible to remote control the camera using TWAIN ?
Does anybody know the commands which we should send to trigger the camera and to get the image taken into our software (perhaps using TWAIN or using USB directly) ?
The Remote Software offered on the accompanying CD is of no use for our problem.
Best regards
