Velocity 7 & 70-200 f/4 owners please..

I have the Tamrac Velocity 9 and with the stuff I have listed below I find it a little big. I'm thinking of getting the Velocity 7 to hold my gear when traveling and am wondering if the 70-200 f/4 will fit snugly down the side as well as when attached to the 20D in the middle?

I don't think it will fit. I have the velocity 7, 20d, 28-135mm, Tokina 12-24mm, and 50mm 1.8 II.
It's very tight. I'm getting the 70-200 f/2.8 IS. I called my local store where I got my bag and asked
about trading to the 9 or something else. I'd hold on to the 9 and try it.
