I was in Vegas last weekend, and managed to make my way up for a visit to the Hoover Dam. It's quite a sight...
I sized & titled these for my photoblog, and got a little too lazy to shrink them down for here, so.. sorry if they're a little big.

I love the right on time pictue. It just stands right out.. Maybe the sky is what I like the most in it.

The last two are great. B&W could be really nice.

Thanks... it's definitely one of my favorites too, the sky was absolutely beautiful on that day!

All good photos but #2 is by far my favorite. I mean, it's picture of a fence. It's supposed to be boring. But for some reason I find the shot captivating. Am I wierd?

You're not weird. I feel the same way about that shot, if you really look at the entire shot, it's rather breathtaking.... the depth of the dam really stands out in the background.

Water level is still scary low. I like all your photos, but the B&W is the best in my book.

I like the last shot... The sign looks really cool.

What type of processing did you do on those, if you don't mind me asking?

Pretty basic processing - Unsharp Mask, Curves, and Gaussian blur layer overlayed, lowerd opacity (just for the glow on a couple of them)
