Canon S30 avi file transfer to PC

Hello,

This is a newbie question.
I can't transfer the AVI files from my camera to my computer.
I've tried everything.
Could someone please explain how I can do it?

Which operating system are you using? This makes a difference. For instance, in Windows 98 and 2000, you use a TWAIN driver through the Canon ZoomBrowser application which shows you what's on the camera and takes charge of downloading to the PC. In Windows ME and XP, you can do the same, but also because they are WIA-compliant, you can access (move, copy delete, etc.) what's on the camera as if it was just another storage device such as a hard disk.

Hi,

I'm using win 2000 and I have installed the correct twaindrivers.
But when I aqcuire the images on the CF card, I see only the images I made and not the Avi's.

Maybe I should reinstall the drivers.
