Pekka,

I've been having trouble figuring out this issue:

When I go to a thumbnail or microthumb on my gallery, I cannot right click properties and get filesize.

The properties box shows
"Size Not Available"
"Type Not available"

Also, if I right click and choose "save file" it wants to save the jpeg as a bmp, not jpeg.

I have visited several other sites and it works properly. I'm wondering if I have something set incorrectly...

Thanks in advance,
Carl

P.S. Another problem, I've tried to e-mail you on several occasions--I cannot login with my original account cbfount. I know the password, but it doesn't work. Also, when I try to re-register, it recognizes that the name and e-mail address are already taken...

Hi, I think this is a windows problem, but why would you like to save a file from your own gallery?? You've got all the thumbs you want in your directory, don't you?

Leendert,

Sorry about my delay in posting. I've been away for awhile.

Yes, I have the originals--as I uploaded them.

I guess my issue is that there appears to be a problem which I would like to fix. I discovered it when I was trying to figure out why my images were loading slowly. It turns out I was not using a high enough compression.

If you go to any other person's exhibit, it returns the correct file information. Mine doesn't.

Do you have any suggestions for me?

Thanks,
Carl
