I helped a friend out last weekend by taking some pictures of his car for him.
Turns out that spending the day driving around the Colorado Rockies in a BMW M3 enjoying the colors of fall isn't a bad way to spend the day............who knew?

boooo for not staying on the road for the pics! looks out of place parked off to the side :(
also the pictures look a little muddy. increase the exposure/levels some for more vivid colors

thanks for sharing

Yeah I hear you on the half on/half off the road bit. :(

I think the shade of yellow detracts from some of the contrast but I didn't want to brighten the yellow much more as that's almost exactly how it looks in person and I didn't want them to look too processed.

I think the pictures work just the way they are. Number one being the best out of the bunch. You might want to grab one of the pictures and give it a extreme photoshop for a cool sig. But for prints I would keep it how it is.

Yeah I agree a little on the dark side. Maybe because it was so bright. Nice pics anyway.

What year is that? 98? I don't know how the car looked in person but maybe a nice wax job before you take the car out for some pictures? The paint looks really flat.

I wish I could see this area more, but it looks like there's a lot of trees around that bend, I would park there and take some pics, the green of the trees might help make the car stand out more (and leave it on the road, or leave it far away from the road so you don't see half a road in the pics.)

Good start, but they look dark to me, too. White & yellow cars are hard to get right. Have you calibrated your monitor?
You have some great country there to use for backgrounds. I usually get parking lots! ;)
