Stock Photography - publisher

I'm new to this site and I'm looking for some information. I enjoy taking photos of animals and am wanting to find out how to publish my photos. Can anyone help me? Also interested in getting in touch with someone from a calendar/card company to sell to. Thanks:)

Since you failed to list your location in your profile I will just assume taht your here in the states. Go to the library and look for the latest edition of the book The Photographers Market Handbook. In there you will find a listing for all kinds of publishers, card companies, calendar makers. Most will list their pay scale, requirements and contact info.

Check the book out at the library first and see how well it works for you. If you find it to be a valuable tool then you can buy a copy. At this late time of the year I would wait for the 2006 edition to come out. Sometimes buyers change pay scales, requirements, procedures for submission etc.
