Hello,
I have a price list for prints, but this is different for me. I shoot the local arts and sell prints and collages. For one of the organizations I donate the use of approximately 10 shots from each show for them to use on their website. I do this because they pay for me to make a custom story board from each show.

I have been approached by another organization interested in purchasing digital files from their last show. They purchased a print order, but they have a larger budget, so I would prefer to sell the files to them. Do any of you have advice for the selling price for digital files? They would not be using them in print unless they purchased the file for that. I have seen the pricing calculators for that type of advertising, but I am not sure how to price the web photos.

Any advice would be appreciated
pam

For digital photos you are selling not the photo, but the rights to use this photo.
That means the price depends from how they going to use photo.
As you know, there are two general types: Royalty free (RF), and Rights managed (RM) photos.
I think in your situation - just offer them RF license, with a fixed price.
Price for RF - all up to you (from $10 to $500), for RM - there many online calculators (go to google for "rights managed calculator")...
