choosing a vendor

Aside from Alien Bee's, does anyone have recommendations as to lighting vendors, where price isn't the main concern?

Two brands that come to mind are profoto and bowen.

If money had been no object, I would have gone into the Elinchrom line. Much more expensive than the AlienBees, but a fantastic line of equipment for the working pro. For me, there would have been no real advantage in quality that would have made the 2X to 3X price tag justifiable.
