Just a fun shot of my most available subject. Two off camera flashes and a continuous light for fill.

Nice job with this, really like the post processing. Would you care to elaborate a bit about the lighting type and positioning for the shot?

Yeah, that's pretty funny about the Bruce Willis reference, a lot of people have said that but only for this shot. I don't really look like him, only when there's macho lighting and my eyes are squinting from having a video light in my face :) I've also got the Schwarzenegger "Terminator" comments.

Anyway, I shot this a while back so here's the lighting scheme to the best of my recollection (the flashes are just a couple of Canon 430EXII strobes):
