Not everybody has a large monitor. I have to scroll right to see all of the content. Not a deal-breaker, but a bit annoying. Don't like the slideshow at all. It makes me dizzy. Didn't care for the About page either. Too me it looks like a keyword list. Use sentences instead. :)

Too wide...
A good standard width for a web page is 980 pixels.
The most common screen resolution is still 1024x768, and many widescreen monitors are either 1280x768 or 1280x800 still.
Your website requires 1250 for no side scrolling, this is simply too large. Given that you are using HTML it would be easy to set everything to a percentage of the screen, or just drop your margin down. You ACTUAL content is only 1000 pixels which will work on 1024 x 768 when browser is maximized.
If you look, you will find that almost all major websites use this standard.
Engadget, Flickr, Facebook are examples of websites that limit their bounds to 980 pixels.
I have a 1980x1280 resolution monitor, but my browser window is only 1071 x 1038...I dont maximize my browser window for anybody on account of the fact that that button does crazy things on OS X sometimes....
Short version: Shrink your margins, your tables are too wide.
Your about page is kind of...robot like? Not personal or friendly at all..reminds my of back in the late 90's when I had an about page like that.. Maybe the trend is back in?
