cute. lens seems sharp.
again, I am leaning to the 'environmental shot" as opposed to the close up (which I do lots of myself......)

Thanx Lecter, I fully agree with you, these shots, while possibly "cute", are also kinda contrived , similar to the images of zoo animals. The purist in me also likes to photograph wild animals in their natural habitat, with a minimum of human interference.

Thanx, glad you enjoyed the Fat Girl's portraits. All the peanuts and sunflower seeds she hauked away seemed to have been put to excellent use: by early September four chubby baby chipmunks emerged out of he burrow !
This shot of Fat Girl might make up in colours as well as the subject's cuteness what it lacks in focal sharpness (shot with 135 f2.0)
