Just got the 1d mkII N a few weeks ago and (weather not permited) finaly yesterday i managed to get a shot for the first time.

RAW plug-in for photoshop (my fav.) is not out there yet so i desided to give it a go with the supplyed software, the DPP.

I wasn't imprest with DPP (harry up Adobe) but i finaly got the following reselt.
Please tell me what you think?
.....................................

The shadows were intensionly left dark (in case you are wandering) to give the image the sense of colour.
Next time i will use filters for a different effect.

I think u did great! Very beautiful image. DPP is actually not too bad but i don't like it overriding my raw file.

Hi guys (and girls)

I like to thank you all very much for your good words.
I`m very happy that you found this shot very good because to be honest with you, before i started working on it on PP i didn`t think i was going to get anything near that.
I`m glad it came out nice.

Beautiful! The colors are amazing, and I like your decision to leave the dark areas black. Really emphasizes the colors.

Great exposure, I would like to see the Horizon shifted up or down and it looks slightly down on Right, being from the OLD School, I prefer that but it is Your picture so do it to please Yourself. EW.
