I like the concept of the picture, but have a few comments as well:
- the cross and/or the right most power tower are not straight
- I wouldn't mind seeing the cross and/or tower in full length instead of this crop
- the pic is somewhat flat; you might want to increase contrast a little

It's getting there, but instead of inreasing the contrast I think you made the overall picture darker and lost some of the details in the statue.

I love your print especially the 2nd try, the shadow over the cross and of coarse jesus, and the background power lines at least somewhat implies that we are to busy with our daily live's to remember Gods plan and has fallen into the shadows.Ok so maybe i'm getting a little deep,nice shot.
