It was an AB400 > Large softbox, triggered via pocket wizards. Nice and simple.

Edit: Wish I had a grid, it would have been much easier for the B&W shots.

Thank you so much! I'm in the process of ordering lighting now and I'm having a VERY hard time deciding which size softbox or octobox! Would you mind sharing the size?

I really can't recall the size.. I'd say Large or Medium haha. I'm sorry.

No, just angling the softbox away from the mother and directing the light onto the baby. A grid would do this much easier, I had a bit of a hard time keeping the light from spilling out.
