I don't know of any borders that come with PS7, but it is easy to make a border. After you have finalized all you adjustments go to image>image size and set the size of the print you want the image to be before the border is added, click okay. Next, double click on the bottom layer (background) and accept the name or rename it, click okay. Click on the icon at the bottom of the layer pallet to add a new empty layer. Drag this layer to the bottom of the stack. Next go to image>canvas size, set the canvas size to the size you want the print to be once the border is added (say, a total of .2 bigger giving a .1" border on all sides) in each dimension, click okay. Now, you need to choose a color for the border. You can use the swatches or just choose black in the tool box window. Use the point buck to fill the empty bottom layer you just added. You now have a border. You can automate this with actions if you like.
Another approach can be found at Russel Brown's web site (which has great Photoshop tips) http://www.russellbrown.com/body.html

The easyist way is use the marque to set the border then edit, then stroke - set colour and pixel width
Have fun

try searching on google with something like this:
Photoshop "make a border"
As it is. You can change the words a bit etc. I tried that and got loads. You should get some ideas. Some of the stuff is for older PS versions but the principles should be same.
Good luck.

An easy to use photoshop plugin for borders is Extensis Photoframe...

Oooooh, theres tons of ways.....
You can download premade actions from www.actionxchange.com. I see 8 different ones on there at the mo'. Take a look "inside" the actions to see how other people have done it.
My preferred way is to make a new layer above the image layer. Hit control A to select it all then select transform selection. Now resize it to get the shape right. You can set it to snap to the grid if you're worried about accuracy. Once you've got the shape right accept the changes and then invert the selection. You should now have a frame shaped selection. Save the selection at this point. Fill the selection with the desired colour and voila you have a frame. If you want to get fancy you can add a mask to the frame layer then apply a radial or square gradient to it to fade in the edges. You can also try texturizing the frame layer to make it look like card or canvas or whatever. Also good if you want to make it look metallic is to use Blade Pro by flaming pear software on the frame layer. Balde is great for generating convincing(ish) metallic textures very quickly.
