Awesome, love the first two shots, first one especially the pan shots don't really do anything for me, but the first shot is great.

I find slow shutter speed panning shots a real challenge with a long lens (last two shots (1/125 & 1/80). I used 300mm f4 L with a 1.4x TC (420mm) for these shots.

Panning shots are a real art and can be very hard. Very nice shots!

The Camel one was the privateer wasn't it? I'm not that up with the Moto scene.. Nice shots though. Where about's on the track did you situate yourself or did you roam the track for advantage points?

Steve,
Got the 300mm in OK. Was mentioned to me on FM forums that the focal lenth restriction had changed but the infomation has not been updated yet on website. Contacted GP Corparation to confirm this and had a contact phone number if I had any problems which I did.

I love number 2, and well #1 jsut cos a MotoGP is not a MotoGP without that man.#2 really captures the spirit of racing there. Well done:D

Chris Vermeulen was on the Camel Honda and repalace the injured Troy Bayliss.
I took these pics on turn 6 as I had a good spot there, had a bit of a look around.

Steve,
The lens length is 300mm now but security still only had information about 200mm. My camera bag was checked and my 300 f4 L was found. I had an email with correspondence about this and confirmation by the security manager. This was enough to get me through, also had a contact number if I had any problems.
