Australian MX Nationals: Round 6, Goanna Tracks

Was lucky enough to get on track for round six of the Australian Motocross Nationals this weekend. It was an awesome experience, had a good time giving my new wideangle a workout. I turned up, spoke with my contact, hopped on the back of a quadrunner with this guy, held on for dear life and was taken onto the track. I'm pretty sure I was in areas I wasn't meant to be, especially after I saw a sign that said "Mechanics - OUT"...but that was after I got the shot hehe.

Thanks mate. Yeah I thought that might of been the case, it was pretty cool to be face to face with so many of the top riders at such a tense moment.

Some great shots Rooston, certainly well worth the effort. Did you make the trip out there or are you from that area?

Cheers L.J.G. It was a two hour drive from home, which isn't that far in country NSW hehe.
I'd love to make it to more rounds, but they're really spread out, and less importantly, I have uni to go back to haha.
