It appears very soft...maybe even out of focus just a touch...you could use the USM to sharpen her eyes just a bit...

I like it just the way it is. The only problem I have with it, and it is a small one, is the sunglasses on her head. The glasses on her head don't bother me except that they are just a tad crooked. But that's just my opinion.

I like it. Difficult shot trying to fill with the sunlight on one side. Either you have a powerful flash, your are close or its close to sunset (most likely). How about the color version?
