I'm not sure if it's the website or not but lately i've been having troubles with the pages loading.. They seem to just sit there and do nothing for a long time. Is it something to do with the hosting or is the page simply too popular and too many people are on it at the same time hogginig the bandwidth?

Try deleting your cache (under Tools, Internet options, Delete Files, checkbox 'delete all offline content' - then delete cookies too). ALso, check for disk fragmentation.

Could also be weather related (error retransmission rate spiking).

Sometimes the server goes a litle slow while it is backing up. Are you still having trouble?

Nah its cool. Dosen't always happen. I'm sure it's not my connection. I run 1.5BM DSL and only sometimes i try to open some threads and it stalls etc.. After a while it comes good again.. Nothing to worry about..

PS: I am a technical support specalist.. So I know cache etc.. Thanks anyhow. Hrm.. never heared of weather effecting it..

The connection boxes are placed at the bottom of a ditch (nice!). As you know, ethernet has constant collissions and retransmissions but there is a threshold where it slows things down. It affects cable connections more since many share the same line. DSL could be impacted but less likely since its not just a shared ethernet with 200 neighbors like cable.

1.5MB, Nice connection!:D
