View Full Version : Zoombrowser DB_E_NO_SUCH_OBJECT

I'm having problems with my Canon Zoombrowser EX software (v.2.2.0.16). I get the error "DB_E_NO_SUCH_OBJECT" when I start up the program. A reinstall fixed the problem, but on the next startup I got the same message. Any ideas?

You need to go into Windows Explorer and delete all the My Database files in C:\program files\canon\zoombrowser EX\Program folder. After they're deleted, uninstall, then reinstall zoombrowser. Next, open zoombrowser, click View, then Refresh online libraries. This should fix it up. The other option you have is to download ZB version 4.0.2 from http://www.powershot.com/powershot2/customer/zoom.html
