"Popular Photography & Imaging" in their June issue has a test of the Canon 10D. It does very well.
The color accuracy was rated as the best they have ever tested in a camera, film or digital.
Image Quality was rated as Extremely High
Focus speed was rated from extremely fast in normal light to fast down to 2 EV. Focus speeds were comparable to the D1X and EOD 1Ds (a little slower in normal light and a little faster at EV2), except that they focus down to EV 1 rather than EV 2.
