In Camera sharpening

I own a 10D.Can someone tell me what sharpening I should apply in camera.I want no sharpening of the image prior to editing in PS6.

Put it at normal. Then use USM to sharpen to your heart's content.

Some will tell you to do it at the "low" sharpen. I've experimented, and it seem best pictures are at normal.

The best quality will be achieved by shooting raw format. The when converting raw files, you can choose to apply NO sharpening at all.

If you are shooting JPG, some sharpening will always be applied.
