A little fountain I saw lately. Tried to reduce the fully round subject to the smallest part that still shows the overall impression I had.

Great concept. Why not try a different sort of light direction which would not cast a shadow which interferes with the purity of the curves.

Gents, thanks much for the comments. Well, I tried from various sides around the fountain. In some directions there are obstacles that interfere with the structure, in other directions, the light is casting too much sparkling, and lastly, I chose the shown perspective because I actually liked the blue shadow.
But I agree that, especially in B&W, that blue shadow is distracting from the otherwise nicely aligned curves.
