This may be a stupid post. But I dont care! :)

I am going to apply to a photography school here in Sweden, they want me to write a personal letter, and i want to know what you guys think how it should look. Shall I write a black and white word dokument, or color it up a bit with a bakground image, and so on?

I did a dummy in InDesign. Do you guys they will take an extra look at my paper? The text is edited for internet usage, so there for the gaps in the text... Is the text to hard do read? The picture is not scale 1:1. The text looks alot better on my screen. :-)

That doesn't look like a bad idea. Personally, I'd send a hard copy so I had control over what they will see, rather than use the inet with possible display problems.
As for, "The text looks alot better on my screen.", I'd plan for a worst case situation. What size screen are you on & what size will they be on? Get some older eyes to check readability & to proof read it for you.

Its text size 13,4 in the original pdf. And my intention was to send it on a hardpaper printed at a laserprinter...

I have a dumb question... do you know the purpose of the letter? Is to to determine your writing skills? If so, I'd concentrate on the content rather than the look.

They asked for a letter - send 'em a plain old paper black type on white paper. If they'd wanted a handbill/brochure/pamphlet showing your design skills they would have asked for it.

You want them to teach you photography and related skills/materials, but you don't want them to keep any records on you? I you trust them so little, then maybe you shouldn't go there.

you might want to trim up some of that thick dark facial hair in your pic.

I tend to agree with Jon. Just send them the information they ask for in the form of an ordinary business letter.

You have not said what information they asked for, but I would guess that the school is interested in your photography background and experiences for placement purposes.

Be creative and send it. I do tend to agree with trimming up some of that hair in your photo.
