Mackcam Warranty

Has anyone used Mackcam as a warranty for your Digital Camera. I took out a warranty with my Canon Digital Rebel in 2003. I need to use the warranty but mackcam have not replied to my emails. Are they a good company to deal with?

I also bought the 5 year extended Mack warranty with my DRebel, and recently had my Big Break (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=95097&highlight=big+break). I had a little bit of an issue getting my service number at first but a quick call to them set everything right, sent the camera in and had it was fixed within a week.
