I've not been able to get out for a while due to work pressure and poor weather on my days off, so been looking back through some piccy's.

This was taken with my Canon 300mm lens and i'm quite pleased with it. I have a sigma 150mm macro lens but never seem to have it with me at the right time. lol:lol:

This was taken earlier in the year while waiting for the return boat from Skomer Island after a day photographing puffins.

Great shot but very beautiful colours. Well done, this would have to find a spot on the wall.

Lazyphotographer & Mitcon, thankyou, i have printed and framed it.

i've realized i may have posted in wrong section as "Pxl8" has posted a couple of excellent RED ADMIRAL shots in MACRO , but as i used my 300mm lens i didn't think it was a macro shot! ;)
