I was driving by this scene one night last week and spotted what i thought would make a great pic. The weather and lighting was not in my favour so returned the following night to take this.........

Nice! If I was nitpickin' I'ld say: clone out the (tiny) flare specks. Other than that: great atmosphere.

I think this shot would benefit with more light/exposure.
