Losing EXIF

I am wondering if you can help me, maybe I am missing a setting, when resizing an image in Elememts 2, it loses all the EXIF data, have tried the same procedure in PS and it stays. Any ideas? Is Elements 2 able to keep EXIF once an image is edited?

I can tell you that in PSCS it will disappear when you copy an image to a new document and it will disappear when you do a Save for Web. Not sure about any other circumstances. There's another recent thread on this subject.

Photoshop shouldn't lose any data when it does a resize, like Robert said you might lose it if you use "save for web" intead of "save as". Try that and see.
