So who has the most POTNers in one place?

I was just pondering this question as the numbers of GKPE Part II (Great Kiwi POTN Expitition) began approaching 10. In and about Auckland here (lets say 50km radius) we have over 10 active members.

I also noticed a POTN gathering in Mebourne, a city larger than ours, but yet to have any interest! It seems for a city of 1 million we are not doing too bad!

Out of interest, what are some of the larger local gatherings?

Judging by how many people around here did (or didn't) post pictures of the Miramar Airshow in San Diego this month; I'd say between San Diego and Los Angeles there are a boatload!

Hmm, maybe they should think about getting a junior forum member as an assistant to help lug stuff around. Like an assistant or internship.

Given the population consentration in Auckland, relative to the countrys total population, I wouldn't be surprised if it has the most POTN members in it :)

Of course its all relative to how big you consider "one place" to be.
It might be Auckland City, it might be LA, or it might be England, or it might be North American Continent.

I suggest making all Aucklander's a moderator, and then we can have 10, rather than 4 in one area. :p
