Hi, I'm starting feeling stupid.
I'm not able to post a picture that is already published on the web.
I understood that this syntax should work:
url
But it doesn't.
Here is a url that can be used as example:
http://photobucket.com/albums/a135/tiziano_bruno/?action=view¤t=IMG_7096small_worked_.jpg
Thanks

Okay, maybe your problem is that you're copying the url from the address bar. The better way to do it is right-click on the image, and copy the location. Paste that between the tags.

i imagine from reading the post it was working but now it's the infamous RED X. THis is the same problem i am having. I am also new to the site and would love to find out why my photos are showing up for a while and then they go to the RED X. I am right clicking my image and copying it and pasting it. I am using fotki i dont know if this matters because it is free or anything. PLEASE HELP! Thanks Jeremy

Hi Jeremy, I don't know why you have that problem. I know only why now there is the red X here: because since this thread, I have updated my website, changing the urls, therefore the urls above don't work anymore.

Jeremy, look for linking help options on your website. You can get that problem if the specific server that your photo that your photo is stored on, changes. With pbase, I overcome this problem by using the URL + photo id, rather than right clicking on the photo and copying the link direct.

I imagine this won't work exactly the same for your site, but it might give you some ideas to start with.
