Dental Macro Photography with the A60

Can the A60 be modified to take intra-oral macro shots with a flash? If so, what do I need?

The built-in flash is too harsh for macro photography. You might want to try using another light source to illuminate the teeth. Perhaps a flexible fiber-optic or LED light? Something very small that you could shine right where you need it will give the macro enough ambient light to pick up the detail.
