Did I pull this off? "Scale Model Effect"

Trying to get the 'scale model' effect in PP on a couple of test shots. Nothing fancy, but wouldn't mind a practiced eye to scan and see how it turns out. A little C&C for a noob would be nice on his second attempt at a post. Thanks.

I actually think more the first than the second. The second just looks shot from far away.
