I am so excited about this prop! I had a shoot out of state last weekend and I remembered to bring my camera but forgot ALL of my props. I went antiquing before the session and found this old coca-cola wagon. I paid 50.00 for it, and I'm not sure of it's real value, but to me it is priceless as a prop! LOVE it!

CC on the photo or how I use the prop is appreciated!

That is an awesome prop! I think to get the most of it, you really need to watch the background, as the flowers etc are really competing for attention. ;)

I love the wagon. I think the new style receiving blanket totally clashes with it though. I think it needs a gunny sack, straw, or some raw, unbleached cotton. The gunny sack I'd line internally with something soft so it doesn't scratch the baby, but IMHO it needs something old, raw and unprocessed. More of the same vintage. Maybe some picnicky small print gingham if it's not too bold. Gunny sack or old potato bag was the first thing that came to mind, lol.

Wow what a great find! I agree with the others, I think the surroundings need to have the same vintage feel.

I love the prop.. But like the others say, get rid of the blanket and create some seperation from the background to get the blurred effect in your favour and you"ll have a killer style going.

yeah, I'll have to try that next time... I didn't have any of my other props with me b/c I forgot everything but my camera!~ :( We had to use some sort of blanket b/c it was only 65 degrees and the mom only had little receiving blankets. These are all great ideas for next time though! Hoping to use my wagon again soon!

Great suggestions. My first thought when I saw the pic was, "Oh, no, wrong blanket."
But I couldn't put my finger on why. You nailed it.
