Time to retouch after purchase?

I am in the process of starting a small youth sports photography business. I have a smugmug account, and I want to verify if I have the option of doing PP work on photos that have been ordered before they are sent. Essentially, I have provided a gallery of photos for parents to view and purchase from online. I have done no PP work other than cropping, and have provided 150 images. After they order images, I want to be able to do some retouching to these photos. I don't want to retouch every photo as obviously not all of them will be ordered. Thoughts?

I dont use Smugmug, but I do use Zenfolio and they have an option where you can make it wait for you to approve the order. When you go to approve it, you can then select a different image to use instead of the one on there. See if they have something similar.
