What kind of C&C are you looking for?

It's a good snapshot of a very cute little girl.

Get the flash off your camera, or at least bounce it. For bounce flash, I suggest using something like Neil van Niekerk's "black foamie thing" (http://neilvn.com/tangents/2009/11/21/the-black-foamie-thing/), which serves to eliminate direct flash (the pinpoint catchlights are the giveaway, FWIW).
