This was taken with my G3. I'm very happy with it but I wanted 'fresh eyes' and your comments! I nearly got the camera wet to get this shot!
thanks
Martin.

The one problem I see here is the depth of focus. Because the shot was taken at 1/13 of a sec. the water is blurry and you are focussed on the forground which is the blurry water.

see if you prefer this one. By the way, I set a slow shutter speed on purpose for a soft water effect. Actually I wish I had set it even slower.

Hi Martin,
I have to agree with Colin...this photo is too blurry IMHO. It would be great with depth of field front to back but very soft water flow due to slow shutter speed. I am far from being an expert but that 's what I would try if you have to opportunity to reshoot. Small aperture, f8 and as slow a shutter speed as you can get using the ND filter with a polarizer or anything that helps cut light.
Regards,
Peter
