Used price of a 300D Rebel

I'm considering upgrading to a 20D. What would my 300D be worth? Like New with box. It has about 5500 actuations of the shutter and was bought new 12/2004.

Seems like you see them pretty consistently for $500.00

i got mine for 550us, with kit lens and under 5000 acutations. was like new, mint.
