Maybe a silly question, but what do I need to charge my camera in my car. Is it simply a cable or do I need more?
I don't mind to keep te battery in the camera.

Get a small inverter. The type of inverter I have in mind plugs into a cigarette lighter socket, and produces 110 volts AC. Then, just plug your camera charger in like you're at home.
Radio Shack has a really nice 140-watt inverter for about $70 which we use all the time for charging the camera, a computer, and other light-duty AC power uses. Their part number is 22-145.

Thanks SkipD, but I live in the Netherlands. I'm going to try to find this kind of supply here.
But if someone in the Netherlands have experience with this, I would like to know.

I guess you could find in a Camping Equipment Shop. I just did (70€, 12-230V, 175W)

I personally would recommend the Mach1 speed charger. It comes with a car adapter (also a home ac adapter). Plus you can charge in less than 30 minutes. I took this with us on a long road trip vacation and it worked great. If I remember right, it was only about 50 dollars (US).
