I recently did a Vietnamese Engagement Ceremony. It was a little less traditional than what I'm used to. I thought the bride to be would wearing a traditional dress, but the couple decided against it. The location was packed, about 200 people in an 1800 square foot house so getting a clean, non distracting back ground was next to impossible and due to the confined space I could only use my 50mm f1.8 lens.

C+C welcome!

Yeah, you probably need like a 35mm or 24mm with a full frame camera. These are just too tight IMO. 50 is too long especially with a 60D.

Here's my take:

#1: Looks slightly underexposed and color temp is a little too warm IMO. Background clutter is a distraction. Shooting this at f6.3 didn't help in that regard.
#2: Redundant with #1, except her facial expression isn't as nice. Her hands are chopped off.Otherwise similar comments as #1.
#3: I think this is a decent shot. Lighting is a little flat and boring though and again, the clutter is a distraction.
#4: Looks underexposed no doubt due to the window lighting fooling the exposure meter in the camera. The framing feels a little tight to me. Just looks like a snap shot I am afraid to say.
#5: Looks slightly underexposed IMO. Lighting is a little flat and boring. I don't like the framing where the bride-to-be is at the bottom. I would have had her in the middle. It's also framed too tightly.

Environmental clutter is often times a problem. You could have used a longer lens and framed tightly to alleviate some of this. That said, IMHO, composition on some of these leave a lot to be desired, as does the lighting.
