Hi,

in Germany it's pretty easy - should be similar around Europe.

I called a Foto shop selling TOKINA products (Kenko is a Tokina brand) and asked them to look it up in the catalogue.

Runs under the name of LD20T (like in Japan) and cost me 99 EUR.

Same applies for the Kenko adapter - was about 15 EUR.
