Batch processing of EXIF

Has anyone come out with better programs for batch changes in exif files? I tried exifer without sucess but would still like to add descriptions/© info to exif without doing each image separately.

Take a look at ExifUtils. It's command line but can do what you're asking with a little knowledge of DOS.
